May 2026 Lunch
Our Chairman Norman Rodda welcomed a slightly smaller number than usual, probably due to early holidays, and reminded us of the passing of Austine Young, not only one of our longest serving members at twenty four years but also the person who introduced the most new members. Our meal was a Pork Chop with Cider Apple Sauce, Herb Diced Potatoes and Braised Cabbage, followed by a delicious Key Lime Pie. April 2026 Ladies Lunch
As is usual in April we were joined by our ladies for lunch in the Harry Colt Room at Cuddington Golf Club. Our Chairman Norman Rodda and his wife Alison welcomed everyone with a glass of prosecco in the bar and wine was served at the table during lunch. This month's meal was a tasty Lamb Kofte with Diced Sweet Potato and Tabbouleh Salad followed by a Poached Pear with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce. March 2026 Lunch
The first task for Chairman Norman Rodda was to welcome new member Barry Griffiths with the traditional brown envelope. We then enjoyed a Chicken Chasseur with Rich Mushroom and Tomato Sauce, Crushed Potatoes and Tender-Stem Broccoli followed by a magnificent Cookie Dough Cheesecake with Chocolate Sauce. February 2026 Lunch
After welcoming everyone to lunch Chairman Norman Rodda had the pleasant task of presenting our Deputy Treasurer Ian Newton with a bottle of claret to mark his joining the ranks of the octogenarians in the Club. Lunch was an excellent Roast Swordfish steak with Caper Butter, New Potatoes and Fine Beans followed by a Chocolate Roulade with Vanilla Ice Cream.
